Step-by-step booking instructions

Select Your Route, Date and Arrival Time

Start by selecting your pickup location, destination, travel date and flight arrival time.

Airport to Hotel Transfers

If you are arriving at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), select:

Pickup Location: Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

Dropoff Location: Your hotel, resort, villa, Airbnb or private residence.

For example:

  • Punta Cana International Airport → Secrets Cap Cana
  • Punta Cana International Airport → Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana
  • Punta Cana International Airport → Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa

Select Your Arrival Date

Choose the date your flight arrives in Punta Cana.

Make sure the arrival date matches your airline itinerary, especially if your flight arrives after midnight.

Enter Your Flight Arrival Time

Use the scheduled arrival time shown on your airline ticket.

Important: Enter your actual flight arrival time, not an estimated meeting time or the time you expect to leave the airport.

Time Format

Round-Trip Reservations

If you would like transportation both from the airport to your hotel and back to the airport at the end of your stay, simply activate the Round Trip option.

Once selected, the booking system automatically creates the return journey and fills the pickup and destination locations in reverse order. You only need to enter your return date and hotel pickup time.

Important: Enter Your Hotel Pickup Time

For the return trip, please enter the time you would like your driver to pick you up at your hotel.

Do not enter your flight departure time.

Correct example:

  • Flight departs at 4:00 PM
  • Pickup from hotel at 1:00 PM
  • Enter 1:00 PM (13:00) in the booking system

Incorrect example:

  • Flight departs at 4:00 PM
  • Entering 4:00 PM (16:00) as the pickup time

This is one of the most common booking mistakes and may result in arriving late at the airport.

What Time Should I Choose for My Return Pickup?

To ensure a comfortable and stress-free journey to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), we recommend scheduling your hotel pickup at least:

All transportation services are private. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group and will not be shared with other passengers.

  • Maximum passenger capacity
  • Maximum suitcases
  • Maximum hand luggage
  • Maximum child seats
  • Total price for your selected route

Before selecting a vehicle, please verify that it can comfortably accommodate all passengers and luggage in your group.

Traveling with Extra Luggage?

If you are traveling with oversized luggage, golf bags, surfboards, strollers, wheelchairs, or other special items, please contact us before completing your reservation so we can recommend the most suitable vehicle.

Providing accurate passenger and luggage information helps us assign the correct vehicle and avoid delays on the day of service.

Booking Details and Payment

Complete your contact information, review your reservation details, select any additional services and choose your preferred payment method.

Contact Information

Enter the passenger’s full name, mobile phone number and email address. Your booking confirmation and service updates will be sent to the email address provided.

Passenger, Luggage and Child Seats

Select the number of passengers, suitcases and hand luggage traveling with your group.

If you require a child seat, booster seat or infant seat, activate More Options before completing your reservation.

Providing accurate passenger and luggage information helps us assign the most suitable vehicle for your trip.

Additional services are available through the More Options section.

You may add child seats, bottled water, soft drinks, beer, champagne, chocolates and other extras by selecting the desired items and quantities before completing your reservation.

Booking for Someone Else

If you are making a reservation for another traveler, activate I am booking for someone else and enter the passenger’s name.

The name entered for the main passenger will be printed on the airport meeting sign.

This option may also be used for a custom meeting sign, such as:

Happy Birthday John Smith

Please keep custom sign text short. Longer messages will appear in a smaller font size on the printed sign.

Flight Number and Special Requests

Enter your flight number to help us monitor your arrival. You may also use the comments field to provide additional information or special instructions.

Wheelchairs and Mobility Equipment

If you are traveling with a wheelchair or other mobility equipment, please mention it in the Comments field when completing your reservation.

This information helps us assign the most appropriate vehicle and ensure there is sufficient space for all passengers and luggage.

Payment Options

Choose the payment method that works best for you:

  • Pay online using PayPal, credit card or debit card.
  • Pay cash directly to the driver on the day of service.

Booking Confirmation

After selecting your payment method and confirming your reservation, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation email with your transportation details.

The main passenger name entered in the reservation will also be used for your airport meeting sign.

If you are booking transportation for another traveler, activate the option I am booking for someone else and enter the correct passenger name. You may also request a custom sign message such as Happy Birthday John Smith. For best visibility, custom sign text should be kept short. Long messages may appear in a smaller font size on the printed sign.

Can I pay cash to the driver?

Yes. Depending on the payment option selected during booking, you may either pay online or pay cash directly to the driver on the day of service. The available payment methods are displayed during the reservation process. Regardless of the payment option chosen, you will receive a booking confirmation immediately after completing your reservation. Please review all reservation details carefully before submitting your booking to ensure everything is correct.
