Booking Policies & Cancellation Rules

By booking with us, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a smooth and punctual service for everyone.

❌ 1. Cancellation & Refunds

We operate on a strict schedule. Please review our cancellation windows carefully:

  • More 12 Hours Notice: Full Refund. If you cancel more than 12 hours before your service, you get 100% of your money back.
  • Less 12 Hours Notice: Non-Refundable. Cancellations within 12 hours of service are not eligible for a refund.
  • Changes: You may change your pickup time up to 12 hours before the scheduled time via “My Account,” Email, or WhatsApp.

🚫 2. “No-Show” Policy (Strict)

A “No-Show” implies the driver was dispatched or arrived, but the client was not there. No-Shows are 100% non-refundable.

  • Arrival No-Show: Once your flight lands and a driver has been dispatched, the booking cannot be changed. If you do not appear, it is a No-Show.
  • Departure No-Show: Once the driver is en route or at the resort, the booking is final.
  • Wait Time Limit: Drivers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. If you are not ready, the driver must leave to maintain their schedule, and you will lose your transfer.

    ⚠️ Important: Please be checked out and waiting in the lobby/pickup point at your assigned time.

✈️ 3. Flight & Arrival Rules

  • Multiple Flights: If your group arrives on different flights, you must book using the latest arrival time.
    • The group must wait for the last passenger to arrive.
    • We cannot split one transfer into multiple trips. If you prefer not to wait, please book separate vehicles for each flight.
  • Missed Flights: You must notify us before your flight lands if you miss your connection. If we dispatch a driver because we were not notified, it counts as a No-Show (Non-refundable).

📝 4. Booking Responsibility

  • Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing correct flight details and dates. We are not responsible for service failures caused by client errors during booking.
  • Minors: For safety reasons, all minors must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Minors cannot travel alone in our vehicles.
